Unit 8 - Producing my script for my final major project

Here is the script that I had created for my final major project on the website Celtx....

Creating the script was overall a very easy thing to do, throughout this whole course and even last year (when I was a Level 2 media student) I have been using Celtx quite a lot, especially since I was given projects where I had to produce my own material and writing script.

So using Celtx to me, was no hassle.

When it came to creating my script, all I that needed to do was to add the written and developed characteristics that were stated for each character on my character profile post, into the dialogue of each one of my characters. For example for Ashley (one of the friends of Jeff) I had to make sure some of her dialogue was rude, as I developed her as a character that had quite a snobbish and un-sympathetic personality, but since she was so close to Jeff, being friends with him since they were six, I had to also make her nice, despite her snobbiness.

For this script I also had to contribute and remember all the feedback that was given to me in my focus group and add these opinions into my work, such as making the friends unknowledgeable of Jeff's big secret. Here is the final edit of my script, where I added all the features I wrote about each character on my character profile and the ideas from my target audience in my focus group. I also tried to add features of what each shot would be like but for this I am however open for changes as when done in the production phase some of these shots might not be what I had imagined or wanted.
