Unit 8 - Budgets / cost of transport and costumes

For my final major project they're certain things that I as a film producer and director need to supply and provide for my actors/actresses. I also need to find out and estimate the costs of these things, finding out also what I need to pay for my actors/actresses such as their cost of transportation.

Costs of transport - £0

↓ All of my actresses and actors I have hired live very close and quite approximately near towards the college, therefore it would cost no money for them to travel to college, since transportation is free for most sixteen to seventeen year olds, which is the ages of what my actors/actresses are. The location where my final major project would be shot in, is King George's park which is a yet again another short walking distance to arrive to, which results in the price overall being for transportation £0

Costs of props / accessories - £6.99

When it comes to the cost of what my props will be I have estimated that it would be around the price of £6.99. I have already purchased one of my props on Amazon and the next purchase after that would be would be some glasses from the pound store, located in Wandsworth and some tape to put around the bridge of the glasses.

Costs of catering and supplying food for my actors/actresses - £20.00

Throughout the production phase I know that in order to provide and support my actors/actresses through their breaks I would need to have a budget aside to feed them, so they are left satisfied and not irritated through the shooting takes. I have estimated that my budget for catering and providing drinks and foods would approximately be £10 each day. Getting all the snacks that my actors/actresses want from any shop wether it be from Iceland, Sainburys or the pound store.

Lists of equipment I would need to buy :

CANON 500D - £580 (to buy outright)

BATTERY X2 - £13.98 ( for two canon 500d chargers)

BATTERY CHARGER - £14.99

TRIPOD - around £14.99- £34.99

SD CARD - £13.95

But however since these items are given to me for free, I would not have to pay for each of theses valuable equipment.

So my overall sum of money which I would have to pay for my production is :
