Dear diary,
Today is the day that the production of my stop animation advert started, The main place where I recorded my work was in the TV Studio located on the 4th floor. Working there was very useful, as everything that I needed was available to use such as the
Studio Lights
Table & Chairs
A4 paper (I could use as a backdrop)
Green screen
Sellotape
Soft Box Lighting
Being in this room helped me focus more, because the room was very quiet and there was no distractions. With the equipment and quiet atmosphere I was able to get my work done more efficiently.
Even though the equipment was all there and accessible, I did have some minor problems shooting, I had to experiment a lot with the lighting until I was fully ready to begin recording. The lighting went from being really dark to being really light, I had to find the right balance and adjust the ISO to it, and even when I did that I felt like it was not good enough.
Another thing that made my shooting delayed was the camera batteries, The batteries kept on frequently dying and it just made my recording process slower. I was given new camera batteries, but they ended up dying as well, which was very stressful as I wanted to finish shooting.
I wanted to get my work done quicker, so I kept on requesting new batteries until I had received one that was fully charged, luckily I did receive a full battery and had managed to get my recording done.
