Today is the day I started editing my promotional video, the software I used to edit my work was premier pro.
Editing this work was quite challenging, especially because I was given a deadline which was today to complete it. I wanted to make sure I had finished it and the end result was not rushed, so I had decided to stay after class to get this work done. On this day we also got taught by our teacher a new skill on premier pro, which was how to colour correct and reduce sound.
Video effect - Fast colour corrector

Big dial - Reduce saturation
Picture of me experimenting with the dial.

Shaky footage - Reduce the reduction and the of set
We also got told about different types of effects and filters premier pro has. When editing I explored and experimented with a lot of these features and even put a filter effect on my clip. These filters helped enhance the look of my work.

I decided to use the Blue day universal effect as I wanted to make my work look edgy and grungy. I really liked how it made my work stand out and give that cinematic look to my work. Im very happy that I have learned these skills and plan to add them to my future projects when editing.
Overall editing went well, I did face some difficulties as it was a lot of work to edit in such a short amount of time, but I had decided to use my time wisely and stay longer which made editing less difficult.
